Tin Cane info is too old or bug

Hi all,
i can't create a "Tin Can". There is 3 recipes http://wiki.industrial-craft.net/index.php?title=Tin_Can ,
and all of those doesn't work on my 646 experimental build. So the question is: Wiki has old info or this is a bug?

(Probably over) half the wiki's information is horribly outdated. Just use NEI for recipes, and ask if any of the mechanics that the wiki said are wrong and you want more updated knowledge.
145 Mods isn't too many. 9 types of copper and 8 types of tin aren't too many. 3 types of coffee though?

I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realise that what you read was not what I meant.

Thanks!
I think information about NEI plug-in in wiki will be helpful for newbies. (72 px red bold) :whistling:
