Anyone use the laser mod to grow crops faster?

I can tell with 80% accuracy, that it will do absolutely nothing.

IC2 farming its a little different so i dont think the green laser will be able to affect these blocks.

I recall Direwolf20 mentioning that neither the Green laser from LaserMod, nor the rings from Equivalent Exchange, affect growth of IC2 crops.

Any mods that affect crop/plant growth rate will not affect IC2 crops.
