Iron Hull aka Machine block requires 8 plates in assembler recipe (it makes assembler recipe actually worse than crafting-with-wrench one), while other hulls require only 6. Bug or intended?
What about adding more input slots for chemical reactor to make crafting of H2SO4, KNO3, etc possible?
Like slowpoke said, there are multiple mod's that won't give support when the pack includes Gregtech.
One mod name begins with T and another one with N. More than one mod, multiple quantity as it is.
My Industrial Blast furnace blew up and I'm baffled.
I have a CESU outputting to a transformer (for powering 32/t machines) and the crater that was my blast furnace. I switched the transformer to upconvert to disable that wing of machines (so I can run the 120/t blast furnace). No power inputs to the low sides of the transformer, so no additional dwarves should have been squeezing into the line that also goes to my blast furnace. The only input to that line was the CESU.
Why did it explode?
Transformer has an internal eU buffer equal to input eU/t (128 eU for LV one). When you reversed it, it fired it's charge into the line destroying your IBF. Guess how I figured it out? I dewired input from MV transformer to insert some machine on MV line and stuff it with transformer upgrade.
Is there any block besides AESU and IDSU which can output as much energy as the HV solar cover generate?
What about making every wrench-using recipe doable without wrench using some machine, like hulls can be done using assembler?
Why does the chainsaw does not work as shears for some blocks (thorns, tiny cactus and cobweb), including unability to shear sheep, is it intended?
We're playing on the same server and it works fine for me. Greg's chainsaw does not work for shearing sheep and its intended.
Yeah, having to use plate-covered GT-buffers (sometimes with transformer upgrades) for wiring is kinda expensive.
I see only
You know there are recipes for the Chunk of Lazurite?
I see exactly two recipes for the chunk of lazurite: one for macerator and one for rock crusher. Both are for getting the dust back. That's why I'm asking.
Chunk of lazurite can no longer be used instead of Lazurite block. Intended or bad oredict refactoring behavior?
I believe I have a bug, when I used the cutters from IC2 in your bronze workbench they broke instantly, don't know who's side its on.
Edit: That is I used them on a plate to make wire.
Same happens with forestry workbench so I believe it's IC2 bug, not Greg's.
Why the recipe of Plate Bender is that high if compared to IC2 Metal Former which has more functions than Bender?
Also, has anyone crunched the numbers on how many rubies are needed to make the fusion reactor? From a rough guess, it's looking like it's over 1000. I've really got to get my ruby bees bred and going, or get a quarry in a biome that contains rubies, otherwise it's gonna be a really long wait.
The last time when I built FR i used
Lapis Lazuli 2476
Glowstone Dust 742
Silicon Plate 369
Rose Red 4
Lime Dye 4
no rubies, but redstone bees.
GT can process TC oil sands only, and PG adds conversion chain for crude oil. Not so useless with pre-oil-buff BC.
Greg, ic2 cutter disappears when used in your bronze workbench disregard having more uses left. Fix it please.
Steps to reproduce: get cutter and copper plate, craft uninsulated copper cable using the bronze workbench.
upd: same thing happens using forestry worktable, but the regular workbench and 2x2 player build-in crafting grids are using 'charges' without destroying the whole item.
When I put a booze barrel into a scaffold, then hit it with axe, I get 2 barrels and a scaffold. One of barrels is empty, the second is mine.
