I had found a bug in IC2 Experimental and went to go post it on the bugtracker but when i got there it showed this error code and wouldnt let me register =(

Also it wouldnt show me the captcha to register, i didnt see this problem anywhere else and i didnt know where else to post this so, Please dont me mad at me for posting here
