Game Crashes when trying to open reactor interface

Running build #336(latest) and as the title says anytime i try to open the reactor interface the game crashes(multiple times and reproducible)
I'm currently running all these mods on latest forge build for 1.6.4

Buildcraft
Universal Electricity
IC2
REI's minimap
Mekanisms (atomic energy, Generators, tools)
Applied energistics
Inventory tweaks
NEI
Immibis microblocks
Thermal Expansion
Minefactory reloaded

Also, the interface works fine if the reactor is turned on, it only crashes if the reactor is not on and you try to access the interface

well scratch that, its started crashing with the reactor on now also
