[QUESTION]Attempting teleport to unloaded teleporter

i get this error when i am trrying to teleport :Attempting teleport to unloaded teleporter!
both the teleporters have same frequency, checked that twice, tried both powered with red stone, one with and one without and none at all.
both of the teleporters have MFE at their side with max energy thats possible in it.
Anybody help please?
