I installed this ic2 jar 'industrialcraft-2-2.1.459-experimental.jar' and it keeps restarting my minecraft

First, what is your MC version?
IC² is already for 1.7. All builds after #397 are for 1.7
Use IC² 2.0.397 if you need a working one for MC 1.6
