Haha! I've seem to have made myself a liar. (But how many of you here would admit this about themselves if they make a mistake like me? XD )
Anyways, got the linux on the laptop, got the mod pack on there, got the mod pack running on it, and get about 2-3 FPS. HOWEVER, I still have a few tricks up my sleeve to make it "tolerable" and even playable (Wireless didn't help the situation, I'm sure)
Wanted to let Chocohead know that I haven't forgotten, just real life.... you know what I'm talking about.
