[Help] Minecraft 1.7.10 Server & Client installation

Hi there,
I'm currently trying to setup IC2 Experimental build for MC 1.7.10 on my server.
Currently i'm using:

Minecraft Forges
1.7.10-Latest10.13.2.1236

But i can't seem to make it work at all.
