i have a server with IC2 v2.2 installed, but for whatever reason the Terraformer doesn't work properly, in that when i put a Cultivation TFBP in the machine it turns sand etc. to dirt and grass, but doesn't plant any saplings, grass, plants, etc. I can't seem to find anything anywhere on this, is this something thats been changed in the more recent versions of IC2? my steps in the picture..
the Terraformer is in the ground, and is connected to 4 MFSU's that are definitely supplying it with power, and the MFSU's are connected to Quantum Generators from the Advanced Solar Panels addon. other TFBP's seem to function properly (the snow was from testing the Chilling TFBP to see if my power setup was faulty or something) but for whatever reason the Cultivation one refuses to grow any plants as stated on the wiki. could someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong, or if the Terraformer or the TFBP's have been nerfed in recent updates? thanks 
Edit #1 - i have several other mods installed, could any of these be causing the TFBP to malfunction for whatever reason?
Edit #2 - ok, so adding a ton of advanced solar panels seemed to make the Terraformer plant wild Grass, but it still will not spawn other plants such as saplings.. any particular reason for this?
