[IC2 2.3.243-ex18]Simplified Chinese Translation

I found the .properties file in the industrialcraft-2-2.3.243-ex18.jar\ic2\lang\
And I found a zh_CN.properties file in it and the version of it is too old, the variable in it is almost different from the en_US.properties file in it
So I use 5 hours to fix it and use it to replace the en_US.properties file and when I run the game I found it works! :p
(I don't know the correct way to switch the language so if some one know please tell me XD

The version is a mod of Minecraft 1.8.9
