I connected my reactor to a computer and it registered as a component, but I don't know how to use it. Can someone link me to where I can find the lua API for the IC2 reactors? Or at least explain them? Thx!

The lua API for Reactors for OpenComputers is not integrated into IC2. It's probably an addon or OC itself adding that, so you're probably better off asking there...
