I already played ic2 for 1.7.10 on a modpack in the technic launcher where cable power loss was disabled. I though that the standard loss exaggerated. I would like if someone has access to an ic2 file with this feature they would contact you to provide the link or the file. As a suggestion for mod I think it is valid to make the loss of energy something changeable in the settings tab or make available how it can be done.
