How to use Steam Re-pressurizer?

    After i was trying to solve steam compatibility problem between IC2 and Immersive Tech (it's steam turbine), i found the Steam Re-pressurizer. I was so happy, but at this moment i can't sort out how use it, because when i put steam or superheated steam in it "standart steam" don't creates.

    So how to use Steam Re-pressurizer?
