[Question]Altering solar panel EU output?

I know there is the config file where you can change the outputs, but i can only change the output for the base generator and have the new value actually work. All of the others don't change anything. So is there a special way i have to change the value on the solar panels and other generators to get them to work with the ouput value that I define?

My config file has options for the base generator, geothermal, nuclear, solar, water, and wind. I can change all of the values, but the only output that actually gets changed in game is the output for the base generator. It does not matter what value i put in the config file for any of the other generators, they will still output their original EU value.
