[1.2.3] Server startup Error

    Hi,
    today i wanted to date my server up to 1.2.3, i tried different versions of ModLoadMP and Forge but i always get the same Error on startup:
    After the error nothing happens and the server doesn't start.



    Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
