Cultivation Plants too much stuff.

    So I have 4 Nuclear reactors Powering two taraformers. one has the Cultivation program the other Irrigation. The problem is, this combo works Too well. I wanted to turn a desert biome into a forest one. but it was making the flowers, trees, and grasses WAY too thick. so I turned off the Cultivator and left the Irrigation running.
    I'm not sure if this is a bug, or was overlooked. but I figured to ask.

    What is the appropriate time for just a small forest? Then you could set that with a Redpower timer.
