[Forum Issue] Attachement box not showing up at bottom of post

Hi all,
I recently posted in the pending add-on section of the forum (here ) and added a .zip attachment to the post, but there's no box at the bottom of the post containing it. Is there some html tag I need to add, or is it something else?

Weird. I added a link to the file in the post, and I know it's been downloaded (I've had people comment on its contents), I wonder what's going on?
