i tested it in my minecraft world
after one cycle (wit quadcell one fourth. of a normal one)
there was no heat in reactor and all vents where okay,
so it would withstand infinite cycles, -

no you dont have to, the reactor wont cool by itself.
but make sure you apply redstone to the reactor to turn it on -
I am working on semi cheap-cheap reactors who will have massive eu output but only eff of 1-3,
also for your first reactor i would recommend The portable Beast,
because when you want to upgrade to a high expensive or medium expensive reactor you can take the components.

no its not lame, even so its not as fast as yours, it will keep its heat forever, and you will only need to insert some uranium and isotopcells to start the breeding, when the cells are finsihed they will stay inside the breeder
yes your design is fast but
mistaqur did one for 75k heat also did i....
they are even faster considering that you would get about 4 uranium every 6,4 miuntes -

but the bugs are that the advanced heat switches start to melt after a while, also

the Timing© system consists of a Timer and a RS-latch.

thats wrong i have a massive reactor producing 320eu/t and it can infinite cycles
it has a eff 4 too,
yes it is expensive to build one but after you have one you have nearly unlimited Energy -

Right now I am working on a Neutral Breeder with 64k heat
it will produce 4 re-enirched Uranium Cells every 477 ticks.
64000 Heat /3000Heat=21.33
10000/21.33=477
with one Urainum Cell in the middle it would produce 64 Heat,
to negate this there are 5 advanced Heat Vents.
right now I have problems getting to 64k Heat,
can somebody help me with the heating configuration?Note: i am using Neutron Defelectors to simulate Isotop Cells

my desigin now melted itself...
and it was constantly cooling to, less advancedHeatvents and more platings
but still 8 minutes for 4 Uranium Cells is a very effiecient design -

it looks like the reactor wont get any hotter then 22080 heat when you have 4 or more conatinment reactorplatings in it...

my reactor behaves very strange
when i turn it on , the mfsu that has blown up due to overcharge
is forming continusly explosions,
reactor at 80k heat and isnt exploding.....
somehow it even changed the bevaihor of a leveri have to go now i will write more when i come bac

looks like it has none -
you can calculate that yourself just get a pen and paper, draw a nuclear reactor (the gui)
and count how many Quadcells have 4 adjacent quads, 3 and 2, multiple that with 5 eu/s and you have your instant bomb.
