Regular IC2 likely won't be updated, so just use the Experimental. There aren't many bugs anyway, and if you find one, report it and player, greg or thunderdark will fix.
The cable stuff is just bugged and will be redone/fixed in the near future. There is also a EV Transformer for turning 8192eu/t down to 2048eu/t for MFSU's, and stuff, but seriously. Who has a reactor that makes 8192eu/t.
Also, NEI helps for recipes. -
Pretty sure you can macerate refined iron into iron dust.

In Reality, Charcoal is usually purer carbon then coal, but that wouldn't make for very good balance would it.

Who ever told you this is a lair ;P Graphene is incredibly flexible. Although you can't mold it or even Melt it. It Wouldn't be in the bender though since it is made in completely different ways anyway. -
I basically figured out you put items you want to replicate into the scanner, I am just wondering why some items come up error? I mean vanilla blocks like oak wood etc. Is there any way to add other blocks so that they can be replicated?
Currently only dirt, cobble, iridium and the things you mine in the ground (diamonds, redstone ect) can be made. Eventually more things will be craftable but when that is done, a Config option that lets you set Item Name ID, Amount of Liquid UU and power to make it would be good. -
If it requires 6 Steel steam boilers it is balanced ;p
Don't think it is really right for that bit though. -

Anyone made up an Efficient reactor using MOX fuel? I beleive the hotter the reactor the more power you get out of it.

Note that everything to do with the Reactors are WIP, and the reactor itself will become a big water guzzling multiblock eventually.

Using build 166 and trying to figure out how to craft iron fence anyone have the recipe?
Try putting iron stuff into the metal former in various modes. -
You know what would actually make minecraft harder? Block Placement Time. Want to plop a block of dirt down? 10 ticks. Want to put down a piece of cobble?7 ticks. Want to put down and IBF? 25 ticks. Now, planning before placing blocks is a must! It will be GREGLORIOUS!1!!1!
But really, This might make the difference between plopping down a dirt wall and actually planning before entering a wide open cave when you hear skeletons.
That may be a job for Iguana Tweaks, he added a wieght system too I think.
