I was looking to create a DireWolf20 Season 4 Retro 1.2.5 modpack for the FTB Launcher.

Would I be allowed to include an old version (v1.5) in it?

Hey Shedar,
I have two questions for you:
First: Would it be possible to obtain an old version for download? Specifically version 1.1.9b for Minecraft v1.2.5

Second: If obtainable could I have permission to redistribute the mod in an FTB Pack through the launcher as a "Retro Season 4 Direwolf20 Pack"?
I will be obtaining all permissions from the mods listed in his thread as well as Direwolf himself.
