Eh I fixed my errors by copying the config from my client back to the server. Apparently the whole config was reset to default not just the block IDs at the top.

I copied the IDs from the map cfg to the ic2.cfg and now I'm getting a new error

Are you sure you didn't have DynamicAllocation set to true?I have no idea, I'm running the default Feed The Beast Mindcrack configs

I'm trying to understand why the configs are mismatched in the first place when I didn't touch any of them

I'm on Feed The Beast Mindcrack and the server was fine until this morning, I woke up and the server wouldn't start. I manually restarted the server was was greeted by this crash log.
