I'm running 1.15 smp and I've set up a wind mill on the top of one of my building so its elevated a bit. What I was curious about was if that I needed to add something to the windmill to make it run. I currently have it configured with a wire coming out of the bottom supporting it 3 spaces above any blocks. No EU is running down the wire at all. I've tested it on numerous occasions because i know it can vary from 0-3. Is there a specific setup to get the windmill to run correctly?
