Well the funny thing is that I thought i needed to wait for TE3 to come out for updating my server to 1.6.4
TE is out. It's awesome!

Soon™ = sometime between now and when it gets done. an indeterminate period of time with no set date. aka it will get done when it gets done. if it ever gets done.
I suppose IC2 Api is in stable release? And there will be not so many changes in it. Is it right?

For those people who want to know, I'm not dead, I'm still working on this mod and am working on a whole bunch of other mods... Like SeedManager for example...
Also, I am basically rewriting this mod since the code was too messy for me to work with....Less words, more cases please.

I can't craft it on IndustrialCraft 2 1.115.761, GregTech 2.82c
I put all items from recipe as NEI talks me - but no output result.But it's possible in single mode.
Found my mistake. Question closed.
