I'd like to make request the permission to use this in a modpack that might be released into the public. I want this modpack to be based off of mainly IC2 mods and addons like this mod and many others. Also, I have a recommendation:
Quantum Saber - Like a nano saber, but ultra effective on quantum, sometimes rendering quantum useless...BUT SUUUPER EXPENSIVE, don't wanna make it too OP.
