You don't need the API if you're an user. Nor the deobfuscation jar.
If you're using IC2 addons you should use http://ic2api.player.to:8080/job/IC2_lf/377/ instead.
What i meant is that i can't even download them, my computer won't load the page.

Hmm maybe you made it add a mod to the minecraft jar instead of putting it into the mods directory

don't mess with the jars, including meta-inf.
I didn't do anything to the jar, with multimc you just select edit mods, and then you slect add mod, and whoop, done. This usually works, not now.

It just won't start up, I use multimc and forge 7.8.1.737. I also use Optifine, but I wouldn't think that is the issue.
