Here's a layout that can get either 39 or 38 (1 or 2 less than yours) but I'm having a little trouble reaching the other 4 cells. I've tried a couple different rotations on the uranium, but still only pull in 2 of the cells at most.

Anyways, another point of heat off if we can master this. (I'm not looking for the most efficient layouts, just high output Mk-II's)
a 95 or 100 Mk-2 seems impossible with the amount of heat that gets generated.

Here's a 90 Eu/T with 39 heat instead. slightly more efficient. Still a Mk-2, no SUC, no failures. Shorter CD time than the first 2 designs.

I ran the above reactor through a full cycle, the middle coolant cracks on the 10000th tick, but the reactor ends at 8500 heat. So less CD time and 1 replaced coolant.
