Turns out I made a mistake with MC Forge, i just dumped it into mods folder, while i should have copied it into minecraft.jar
Works now!

IC2 seems to have a problem with some of my mods, but theoretically it should work fine - all of the mods are included in Tekkit modpack, so there should not be any problems.
