ok, i can't find the option anymore either, must have been removed.
btw. can't you craft whatever you need the ic2 machines for in their gt equivalent?

@above
you can enable the regular ic2 machines in the gt config files.

So much hassle moving the pump everytime. I want more like a "setup and forget" solution. In the mean time: emptying rivers as well.

Just made some messurements regarding water collection, since i recently turned infinite water off. Seems like drain covers collect about 1,6 mB/s during rain. Railcraft water tanks on the other hand collect about 10 mB/s during sunshine (plains biome).
Anyone else playing with finite water? -

Which version of Forge are you running?
From the forge changelogs i'd guess a version >1030 should help. -
Hey everyone,
i know this is the wrong thread but since i just got an email about someone commenting on a bug-report i once filed to the mantis bug tracker for ic² and that specific bug is still existing for quite some time now i'd like to ask you greg, please fix insulated tin cables not being able to be painted. my regards and keep up the good work.

I think its somewhere in Systemsteuerung>Ordneroptionen but it has been a while since i used winxp
Maybe it also works like in Ubuntu Ctrl+L ? -
Yeah, you could melt it that way, but how would you actually shape it, huh?
And what if you need pure Tungsten Metal, SpwnX?
I think graphite crucibles are used. Graphite sublimates at 3825 °C in low oxigen environment.

The energy-net has changed, as I understand it, there is no more eup so every storage/transformer only puts out at a fix rate. That means u need 4 transformers for your setup.

Hope someone here can help me out. Ive been mining for hours looking for Nickel Ore, and no luck. Ive tried generating new chunks, mystcraft worlds etc. to no avail. the configs all look good. Ive looked in 5of the suggested Biomes in BOP. Any suggestions? Please?
I found about 1 and a half stack nickel ore at diamond-level in a BoP vulcano biome. Its quite dangerous but maybe worth it.

Einfache Lösung wenn sich jemand über meine schreibfehler in Englisch stört werden wir Greg,Player und Ich ebend alles auf deusch schreiben... und wer es nicht kann selbst schuld
Yeah, but that would't help your orthography obviously.

Hm, so just 4 copper and 4 nickel ingots in a "circle"? Can't exactly remember the recipe but tried both variants. Or is it plates now?
Edit: Ok, nvm then, that's it I guess. (rolling machine)
Thank you.

Hi everyone, I've got just a simple question:
How do I craft a cupronickel-heatingcoil?
I found nothing in the wiki and NEI doesn't tell me. Is it still the old recipe with 4 copper and 4 nickel? Doesn't seem to work though.

Another one
12x4x3
EDIT: Yes i know this is only from 512 to 32 but who needs all the lv in one place anyway?
-
Yes, i think you are right, but there are no cables touching eachother, all seperate lines. With them paintable it could even get more compact.
-
@Kane
I saw your image and was curious how compact i could get it. So here is what i came up with.
Noticed that insulated tin cables are not paintable or is that a bug in ic2?
The final thing is 13x7x10 (WxHxD) -
Do you mean with compressed air like real world jackhammers? Yes please!

I remember greg saying something about coal coke being the best fuel you can use in the boilers. I would just go with coal instead of the blocks.
will have to do then, was playing around in creative to test all the new stuff, would also be nice to have a BC gate condition for fuel in the biolers for easier distribution in an automated system. -
Hi,
i don't know if it is intended but i cant use coal blocks
as fuel in small or high pressure boiler.using latest GT and IC² experimental 102
also keep up the good work
