Fixed it turned out i had to download a player sound system fix because the sound was exerting more ram than my computer allowed. Works fine now.

Ok so i got ic2 today and the audio doesnt work. To make sure it wasnt just minecraft that was the problem, i logged on a world that was raining and when i got ic2 the rain didnt have any sound. Please help, i tried audio mod and it doesnt help either.
