Jup, we didn't patch up our furnaces with that feature yet.

Btw, fixed the scaffolds for next release as well.
Now they can be used nearly as well as ladders. You're slower and can't shift-stop on them though. However there apears to be an issue, in which the top most scaffold block will not disappear if you break a large coloumn. Currently unaware why, because it doesn't happen always.

Kick Feanturi's butt for not doing it right the first time.
I told him he should check whether people could access attachments, he did "fix it" and it appeared to work.
Didn't knew i had to tell him to grant rights for accessing AND adding AND editing AND removing >.> -
Ok, i don't even want to know how you managed to screw up the errorlog formatting that bad...
You got an ID conflict on ID 233. Use the IC config to change the value of the block which has this number to something else (within 0-255) and try again ^^.

Basic explanation: You started before 1.8.1. Animals (de)spawned according to the old system. Thus upon loading your world with 1.8.1 there were no animals to be reloaded. = bare land with the rare spawn of new animals.
-
Is that not that what i saied?
Kinda, just wanted to mention you could as well just explore new chunks without restarting your world.
-
It's related to the sound manager, most likely, and is currently being fixed.
-
It will work, but you will need to explore new chunks for them to contain copper, tin or rubbertrees.
-
So I was correct in thinking it had to deal with light levels, since none hardened over night.
The Personal Safe is explosion resistant, but still can be harvested with a mining laser in SSP (needs testing in SMP) .
As an aside, I can't seem to climb the scaffolding (assuming they're supposed to be like the MeC ones).
Je, mining laser was fixed after this release
It could always mine at least 1 block, regardless of resistance.
Climbing scaffolds doesn't quite work right. I think they rather accelerate you downwards currently feel free to test this.

Fixed the Sprite, je typo.
Hardening exclusively depends on light. Which is hould have mentioned at some point, probably.
I will probably add some sort of method to instantly harden foam, since the whole hardening is randomly based and one could end up with a single block of the wall not hardening out at all. -
uhm... whatthehell... probably an id issue >.>
edit: Jep, slight typo, causing the sprayer to entirely override the claydust. You can use TMI to spawn pellets or foam, though. -
Now, your suggestion IS possible. However, adding these 6 slots would undoubtly mean a couple hours of coding work. And actually i don't see a reason why you would need 6*16 batterys at all. Instead one can plainly use a Lapotron crystal. Exspecially as you now don't need to charge it with 1kk, but can as well just give it 6*16k. Would even fit into a EnergyCrystal.
As well, if BC fixed up it's interface-usage, generators and other machines should now work quite fine with BC pipes, permitting you to automatize the charging process, anyways.

Saving Chunks crash on right clicking a scaffold.
Jep found it, slighty missconception of an if-clause, causing a NPE.Please do not rightclick scaffolds with anything but 2+ sticks XD

So, here we go, new version out.
Installation works equal to the v1.15 one here https://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page…D=8493#post8493There are quite a few bugfixes, some slight performance tweaks and the new
DADADADAAAAAAA
Construction Foam.
Feel free to mess around with it as you wish, i found it to be quite amusing.
You can create it by macerating clay, mixing it up with some ingridents. Foam COULD be placed directly, but you're better of compressing it into pellets and then crafting the pellets into a sprayer to load it... resulting in 2 sprays of 13 blcoks each for every pellet.
Foam will suffocate stuff and harden out after ~a few min. Then it's a stylish and explosion-resistant (not nuke, but should survive creepers) and even COLORABLE block.
Additionally you got Scaffolds with a somewhat more complex physics. Tip, use sticks (RMB) to reinforce scaffolds. I will let you figure out the exact physics by yourself :3
I recommend using walls of cheap scaffolds to place Foam more aimedly... easier to create walls. Here's the client

and server
http://player.to/ic2_20111012_v…server_1.20.jar
download.Things i would like to see tested exspecially:
Miner+Pump Combo
BC Interaction (if you're using the up-to-date BC version)
Foam-Spraying behavior
Look&Feel of the colored hardened foamThat's it, i guess.
edit:
And btw, somebody got the tool for automatized recipe generation and/or can create a new file? Thanks -
-
I don't think this would work out well. People already mess up their bases by failwiring, but we don't need them to blow up everything by chainreactions.
-
Amusing idea, but rightclicking entitys is exclusively stored in the entity files itself, thus i couldnt do this without modifying creepers.
-
Mining Laser is meant for lazor-mining. You can use it as a makeshift weapon, but don't exspect any combat-designed functions.
-
I rather assume you used a CHARGED energycrystal for the first lapotron, creating a ("useless", craftingwise) 10% charged lapotron.
Fixed in next release, btw. -
1) RE Batteries will flicker same way as tools when you charge stuff - constant pick\putdown animation.
2) OV\OD Scaner perform client sided ore calculation on SMP.
3) OV\OD Scaner flicker on use.
4) Laser flicker on use.
5) Miner will stop on web block.
6) Laser will stop on web block.
7) Chainsaw cant harvest web (it more sword then axe and share swort effectiveness in most cases)1/3/4) We're working on this issue
2) What exactly is the problem now? Double String-displa?
5/6/7) Always the same pain with new blockswill be fixed.
