As all of my projects, it will go open source if it's not continued by its orginial team anymore.
Which probably means: No, never.

Amusing... yes, i knew Terraformers can access blocks underwater.. and that's intended.. though, didn't thought about grass'ing underwater dirt ^^'
You should mention you used Shift-Click for emptying
It's still not fully debugged, apparently.
Please tell us WHICH type of generator you had opened and which slot you clicked when the crash occurred.
no
just
no
This.
Please consider thinking before you post something.. something taking up 6 iridium and resulting in 200% more wind power is extremely pointless. Because you will need more energy to produce the iridium then you will ever gain by the 200% increase, for about... a few month of RL playtime?
Probably but it's
-faster to implement
-waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more bugfree
-Allows traderates like 5:3
Thanks for confirming this, means i can move thread in here now
Yes, false report.
I see what you did there, essentially trading 1 inventory slot for another inventory slot.
As stated numerous times, it trades itemstacks, not items :3
So, you realised your error and the Trade is working fully functional?
Somebody please post here to confirm he can access attachments of this thread and write in this section.
Unsure whether Feanturi fully fixed the addon section.
Trivially, this is the flood of people downloading the files from the server due to yogscasts promotion. Or accessing the side... or spamming the wiki with site requests.
For testing, i actually put empty cell on the top , and water cell on the bottom in the trade-o-mat menu. I put some empty cell and water cell in a private chest and in a regular chest next to it. I asked killerbeez to trade, apparently putting the empty cell or water cell in any way by 3rd party cannot perform trade.
Keep in mind, the tradeomat trades ITEMSTACKS, not items.
If you define a trade of 1 Cell vs 1 Water Cell, filling ther chest with stacks of multiple cells will prevent any trade.
(1 Cell != x Cells)
Just test to scrap scraps, apparently recycle refuse to do it.
Afaik i added a few exceptions for crapping... coins, sticks and scrap itself.
While on the topic of teleporter, i attempt to link two teleporters at relatively close distant. I got teleported 270 blocks away in the middle of nowhere. I got the save file since there is no error report.
Probably the old error with a fail-deobfuscated method, causing "set position" to actually set the VELOCITY of a player.
Did i mention i received a load of donations, suddenly, starting yesterday? And most of them even include notes about how great the easy-to-install technical modpack is. >.>
I'm currently split.
On the one hand it's not right to use somebodys work without permission OR promote such doing.
On the other hand this WILL boost IC²'s popularity. Big Time.
I never edit releases afterwards.
Unlike other coders with questionable hotfix attitudes :3
But i promised him we stop the hotfixing madness and rather bunch up any fixes, even critical ones, in the corressponding "next" release.
Pleae don't judge Block Hardness by it's raw value.
The "vanilly" resistance of Obsidian is beyond any limits, requiring an explosive power of over 9000 (and that's actually the truth), whereas we currently noticed the Reactor causes crashes if his explosion exceeds 250F, due to it destroying unloaded chests within dungeons. Obsidian is extremely cheap to obtain (heck, lava can be found in big seas commonly) and with Mining Drill not even hard to mine.
Reinforced Stone got a reasonable Resistance, holding off any normal explosives and even stopping basic nukes and reactors with a few cells (thus most basic MARK-I designs you will want to have within your base). If you want to create high-concentrated and blast-shieldeed Reactors, you of course will need multiple layers of RStone. But imho that's entirely reasonable.
@Personal Door:
This would exclusively make sense if i add a "Indestructible Wall" thingy, with Personal Block attitudes.
Not joking, it IS possible, however, there is a BIIIIG performance problem:
Personal Blocks MUST use TE's. Thus every wall-block placed would consume CPU like a inactive furnace.
To use the blocks in any real way, people would create large bases ENTIRELY consisting of these blocks.
Assuming you build a med-sized 32³ base, this would mean over 32000 Furnaces. This alone will probably slow down any server.
If you consider playing on a server with other people, and a few guys build these bases = Dead server.
Depending on which shit stuff he implements with 1.9 and 1.10 we will probably release a IC² version running for 1.8, 1.9 or 1.10 .
I would recommend backing up server and client jar from each release date.
Did anyone else notice how stupid it is to call a version of 1.10, which could be mistaken with 1.1(.0) ?
Feel free to + my comment up into the top area, will merely need 20 people to like it.
Going to rethink my strategy. Probably i will take the download off MCF and make it visible to registered forum users here only, or something similar. Not sure, need to think about the effectiveness of such a measure first.
Anyways, if i ever had some positive oppinion of yogscast, it's gone now.
Depending on what they do next i will probably think about bothering with Googles fucking buerocracy regarding reports.
Use desertification.
