I hate some of the new smilies as well.. hard to type Cable f.e.
You can however toggle "enable smileys in this message" below your post in the Settings tab.

1. 2-3 Eut and "tenfold" isn't exactly much.
2. There's already a laser mod.
3. I will probably ignore 2. and still create a huge-sized T4 Mining laser later on
4. which will go in tandem with the orbital cannon.
5. That wasn't a joke. -
Cable Obscurator wasn't doing anything. It was merely telling cables to change their texture, which was a feature implemented into the cables themselves. If i want the same effect for all blocks, i trivially need to modify ALL BLOCKS.. which would be "basefile hax"
-
The only possible way of implementing this coming to my mind right of the batch would be a big and CPU-intensive mechanism removing & saving a whole area and pasting it back in somewhen later. Not exactly invisibility, but i don't think it's possible to alter Block/Entity rendering without basefile modification.

i only had this problem when i hit the void (because of the bedrock miner bug)
This.
The miner theoretically MUST get stuck somewhen. Which is the point where it will stop powering the scanner in an attempt to find ressources.
With the bedrock bug this pre-requirement isn't given, thus this bug happens. Already fixed for next release, afaik. -

Yes, you can hook as many 512 currents as you like to. Just don't wire the 2048 voltage in.

Magic! :oNvm, i didn't knew all preq were updated yet... Just the magic of being well informed.

On a sidenote...howtheheck did we manage to get a 1.81 version without any 1.8.1 preferences?

Glad to see others find my converter useful.
Cable obscurators and crystal chargers no longer exist in IC2, so the latter is simply deleted by my converter, while the former is converted into IC2's somewhat analogous painter
So you turn a few advCircuits, Diamonds and minerals into a stick with wool? :3 -
This is not a Mark I, as the definition states a Mark I produces no heat per tick, whatsoever.
It's not even a Mark II, as it doesn't run a full cycle, but "needs" a cooldown (with your clock setup). -
Ah! I just realised I was playing in offline mode. I'll check right now.
Edit: Yep it works, it didn't occur to me that playing in offline mode would do that. Is there any way to allow single player to always open pcs?I agree, adding a "if (!world.multiplayerWorld) return always true;" check in the Personal Blocks "hasAccess" check would be quite neat to resolve this potential issue, without conflicting with it's SMP functionality.

This is the same error cause as your previous error. Eventually this issue is not related to any stuff you mentioned, but to some missloaded item, causing a nullpointer in the armor calculation.
Just to ensure it:
-Recheck your MCForge version
-Start on a new world and reproduce the error, eventually your armor slots are filled with "corrupted items"? -

1. Your Reactor was too strong and blew up the machines only capable of handling 32 EUt.
2. You probably linked the cable into the wrong side of transformer, thus the reactor wouldnt send energy. Not sure on this one, providing a screenshot of the setup could help. -
Uhm, IC² wasnt meant to be ported to 1.8 yet. :O
