Yes, some people are lazy/industrial (like quarry users), but don't want to use imba quarrys harvesting stuff for free.

It's an ID-conflict issue.
You can fix it by changing the ID of the conflicting block in either config file (afaik BTW should have one as well). Find the number (in this case 223), alter it to something else valid (0-255) that isn't yet occupied and load MC again. Probably you will get another message with another value conflicting.
Rinse&Repeat until all ID's are unique, then it will work. -
Already mentioned, will be changed once we find a way to access the generic vanilla MC keyset.

ErrorLog says you didn't install ModLoader.
Now please don't respond "But i did install ModLoader", you already said, that.
Just stating what the errorlog is saying (which is, to be accurate, "ModLoader's main file couldn't be found"). -

Depending on implementation, most likely LV or eventually MV.

yes because I have found them in snowbiomes so they cant be Only spawned in "swamps"
They spawn about 70% swamp
15% rain forest
10% forest
5% seasonal forest (which apparently is a forest in snowy area)These aren't any sort of values used in a code, but a approx. reflection of tree spread.

Forum Rules, gotta read 'em all.
Actually, the fibre should support 39 cables without loss. Dunno what is happening on your side, which version are you using? (As well, keep in mind the wiki is a wiki and thus a collecgtion of knowledge other people ASSUME to know).

Rubber trees already are spawned in "swamp" biomes. I dunno why notch claim to have "added" it, it was in 1.7 already. Though, probably not exactly swamp-like-looking.
I assume he just recoded the old swamp biome. -
Electric Jetpack is meant for "cruising", not for high travel. As well, the hover mode is exspecially good for cave exploration. Which is usually below 80 :3

By my calculations, without any scrap input needed, this will produce enough UUM in a full cycle to create 40 uranium, as well as leaving about 18 depleted cells. A good breeder can turn that into significantly more than the original 54 uranium cells, even if you factor in the cost of UUM-made tin and coal, and running the macerator for the coal dust. The tattered remains of the laws of thermodynamics throw up their metaphorical hands in disgust and leave the world of Minecraft forever. We've successfully turned time into energy.
Agreed, will remove Uranium from the UUM-Recipes :3

Put a itemstack of your choice into the marked (left, with the lock symbol) input and another itemstack into the output slot.
Then place a (Personal) Chest nearby and fill it with itemstacks equal to the output (Note: The stacks must be equal in # of items, item (ID) and damage-value!).Any other player (including yourself), can now drop a itemstack into the public input slot. It will then be traded with a output.
Imporant limitation: You cannot trade 1 dirt vs 6 iron (Example) by dropping a stack of dirt in. One would need to place a single dirt into the input to perform the trade.

There won't be any instant-lumbering function in IC².

Nope, just forgotten.

why not just fill a regular storage minecart with lapotron crystals sure it only holds 27 kk eu's energy but would be so cheap to construct that it would be worth it.
This.

Im standing here on top of my TF. I used the Flatificator. Is this range normal?
Uhm... let's say it's possible to reach that XD not intended, though. -
No a bug, but something that wasn't implemented.
