Entirely agree, reasonable and makes Sticky Pistons obtainable more easyly. Will be added (though probably with a recipe requiring 4 resin or something).

Clay? Heck, you only find clay on surface. Unless you place a miner on top of clay (which is stupid, because you could just shovel it), that would be useless.
Glowstone isn't exactly something to be found underground eitherAfaik only detecting ores (and lava if connected to a pump) is fine as it is. Ntm you can write addons to add more ores to the Scanner-list already... which will cause the miner to detect them as well.

It's coded quite realistic. You wouldn't exspect a rubber sheet to bounce you off if you just drop it onto the ground, would you?

Obviously, the CRYSTAL RECIPE IN 0.9 WAS BUGGED. I've stated that like 10 times now.
Trivially, you still can't use 0.9 crafted crystals (at least not without messing with them until they take a normal state) in 1.0 for crafting.Case closed, i guess.

The range for zapping is always (meant to be) 1 block radius. More insulation > higher resistance against zapping. Depending on the voltage you transfer, 1x insulated may isn't enough.
Can't explain the bug shown int he picture, though. -
Rather looks like somebody nerfed imba-lava here.

The first thing isn't a problem. I don't mind if you can still harvest stuff with empty drills... probably reduce it's empty effectiveness to 0.25F, then it becomes quite a nuisance to mine stuff while empty :3

This issue is probably related to some NBT Changes we made. May happen again on next update, we're sorry for that.

Guess the pump is too slow. Will be fixed.

You were meant to place the content of the "sound" folder of the download into your minecraft's sound-folder. Not the sound folder itself (if i didn't misread your "content of downloads").

Merging up the ores was considered, but it would make them unsmeltable in normal furnaces, as those don't have the code to smelt meta-stored items.

Ah i see. The bug appears if you leave and reload a game WITHOUT qutting minecraft. Didn't accustum the system for this behavior, i guess.

I realize that this might require a change inside minecraft forge to pull off so I'm expecting this to get shot down, but I figured I might try at least so here goes:
IC2 uses quite a few destructable items, or tools. There's a flaw in vanilla minecraft with this item type that makes click-swapping two of the same item types impossible. In IC2 the following items all exhibit this behavior: batteries, energy crystals, integrated heat dispersers, uranium cells, coolant cells, reactor plates, drills, chainsaws, basically anything that has a damage bar. This becomes painful to swap same type items in and out of machines. An example: Pick up an empty energy crystal from your inventory, place it in a MFE to charge. When that is fully charged, pick up another energy crystal, and try and swap it with the fully charged energy crystal in the MFE. It won't swap the two. Likewise, swapping partially damaged reactor components with fresh counterparts requires alot of clicking as well.
True, true. Nothing we can do though, as you guessed correctly, this would be a basefile modification.
Probably note it to the MCForge team. -

Iron must be mined somewhere first.
treetap is fine but if you spawned in desert - may take long time.
If you spawn in a desert you don't have dirt for your 3-Dirt Test recipe either...
Pointless. -
Actually MFSU is meant to priorize the charging slot over outward cabling.

That's what happens if TMI attempts to go with complex mods :3
Je, probably removing the warning would be an idea, we cant fix the pages of invalid items/blocks, though. -
Please adress SpaceToad for any problems occuring if you install submods incompatible to MCForge.
