Studymate of mine coded himself a C++ based tool. It's sort of 10.000x times faster then MCEdit, though it yet lacks the full functionality.
What would this T2 UUM be used for though?

Also, one thing I learned, is don't hold your sneak key (default shift) if you're trying to remove it. Holding shift makes the output face away from you so you'll never be able to dismantle it.
Holding shift and RMB'ing twice will work as well for dismantlement.
I wish they'd just add an Iron Ladder that allows faster climbing or something, as it stands the trip down a vertical shaft involves jumping them attempting to wall cling before you hit the bottom, and then a slow, tedious, climb back to the top.
Use 2-3 blocks of water on the end of the jump?

Jep, mate of mine in university first complained about the hitbox being removed (fell "through" a ladder he wanted to walk on, resulting in death).
Moving to pre-release of MC 1.2, he died again, dropped down a shaft and hit a ladders edge on the botton.

Lastly, we probably wouldn't have thought about using Luminators in one of the possible equipment slots (hypothetically) to create a mobile light source of some sort and though it would be sort of awesomeness, I doubt the current minecraft engine permits this sort of stuff. If we would plan to implement a whole series of customizeable vehicles in future, which we're totally not, that is.
Rule has two reasons:

Nope, that wasn't it. Electrolyser does not care for enet, it just accesses adjacent MFEs.
However, most likely your MFE did now reach 70% energy level. Electrolysers will not draw power if a storage block is below the 70% mark.
Now, i'm playing 1.64 on a server with a few friends, and we for sure do not need 10 strikes.

As well, keep in mind zombie health got buffed (afaik 20 -> 30 / 10h -> 15h) in 1.1 by Mojang.

1. Depending on the modder created his terrain generator, custum ores may be or may be not present in his maps.
2. Afaik there are editor tools permitting you to assign any ID to blocks, regardless whether these are known by vanilla, thus you could use them to populate your worl with IC ore.
3. Don't know any other way.
