Jep, this forum is sort of a showcase on how i think a forum can be led. We don't need pagelong rules detailing when you will get how much warning points for how long dissipating when.
We just tell you to behave, set up some simply nogoes and ban everyone doing nonsense. As mentioned above, the result is, and i'm quite pleased with that result, a compareable tidy forum. And too my surpise the Eloraam-Discussion is running for 6 consecutive days now and didn't explode into a flamethread yet. Stuff like this would go hot after max 3 hours on MCF.

Very interesting, so this would be like a second gui you could access from the main gui. I like the nuke reactor approach to this, seems like a fun more balanced way to increase you machine productivity, I don't think I saw anything that we couldn't do, would take some work, but then again so did the nuke reactor from what I hear
Rather combine the openage with a specific item
Aka, module wrench thingy.
Sort of complex, but if somebody wants to code something like this (directed at alex and my team), wouldb'tmind adding it.

Try crafting a new one then. Though the old definitely shouldn't bug out, it may still happened.

Seems like the magnetizer needs a little look.
In SSP it works fine but in SMP not, sometimes it simply not accelerates you up and decelerates you down.
Mind providing some material, f.e.... now, given the problem is related to motion, a video? -
Use the search function before you post, please.
Known error.//RG-Edit: BTW, fixed for the next hotfix

1. Don't use TMI / Creative Mode to spawn Electric Items "it doesnt work".
2. Charge the wrench before using it? -
Don't use TMI('d items in craft recipes).

Dear employee of Apertura Agricultures.
Since we expect a high quality job of you all, we decided to hire somebody to tell you directly how to do what you're supposed to do.
Please watch the following video guide incase you still have any questions left: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFU9HIFGTUw
Ignoring this advice may lead toinstant executionunwanted effects. -
There are multiple mods thus i just stated "block gathering mechanism".
For cactus you just need water, some sand and some other blocks. And probably something to pick all cactus' up on the farms exit. But the farm itself doesnt need any sort of machinery -
Perhaps, but I'm not operating under the notion that I can change the system. I'm merely trying to get him to see the futility of his effort.
If we have anything in common, it's that we're both wasting our breath - mine on him, his on all of us.Question is, why do you claim he's trying to change the system by talking in an entirely irrelevant forum to an entirely irrelevant person (no offense intended)?
If I would want to change Eloraams decision and wouldn't be in my current position (= dev of a mod that's Eloraam trying to stay compatible to), i would probably try to persuade as many people as possible. If everyone asks Eloraam to do X, not doing X could have bad PR effects :3Nontheless, didn't mean to interrupt your discussion, please proceed, i enjoy watching well-formed arguments. Proves the internet doesn't necessaryly turn every dispute into a flamewar.

Nobody said that the existing recipes do make sense, but why not use the fruits instead of the seeds
Although I'm curious why Alblaka removed the cacti-recipe but let the reeds-recipe be. Reeds are easier to aquire then cacti, since they grow under such easy conditions. But again I think processing the plant-balls is more work then creating them. It's much like charcoal, it's abundant, but you need to make it first.
Cacti can be farmed fully automatied even in vanilla minecraft.
Farming reed is MUCH more complex and in best case needs 1 block-gathering mechanism or a piston per reed plant. -
Ah, so wiki is more correct then me telling you it's the Dynamite-O-Mote recipe?
Yes, until 1.4 the recipe was BUGGED and created ITNT instead of the Dynamite-O-Mote. Fixed it, as mentioned in the changelog at some point. -
Shouldnt at least client take into account that there's 5 overclockers?
It should be able to reason that the machine will take this much timeOh and the GUI doesnt jump.
It just goes up to a point. Then the coal is macerated. Etc.Most likely the client doesnt accustom for the increase speed and displays a normal scaling, until the server sends a "DONE!".
We'll look into it, but it's probably low priority. -
Mind giving some more detailed informations about said server?

reflections (just change it, since it's public), after change it back, this will disable anticheat measures and allow teleportation via movement packets. Will mess around, thanks for the pointer.

It doesnt do a thing. The macerator stores about 800 eu no matter if i fill it with stacks of storage upgrades or not.
The storage doesnt update if the machine isnt running. Slight bug with the enet handling.

All you're doing is tilting at a windmill - what's your point behind all of this? What do you honestly hope to accomplish?
Quite the same reason you're still discussing with him
You're both trying to persuade the other one into changing his oppinion. Called Discussion :3
