Now, that works too, i assume XD

Cleaned up the thread some. Reasoning is fine, randomly insulting isnt.
And trollcalling is a ban. -
Wouldn't it require another blockID for each cable+CF combination? Or is there another tag in the NTB compound that could handle the different properties?Tag compounds can be made of unlimited entries.
The only reason we would need anotehr ID is to have a not-translucent, explosive-resistant CF cover for cables... -
Or you can use Splitter cable which is even better than glass fiber and it is cheaper. [has lower eu/block loss]
4 Splitter cables uses 2 refined iron (8 HV cable), 24 rubber, 4 levers and 8 redstone.
4 Glass fiber cables uses one diamond, 2 redstone and 6 glass.Good job, guess i'll have to vastly increase the cost for the EU cables then.

Haha, didn't think this would work.. but yeah, given Terraformers now have a y-limit (thus they can be used in "large enough" caves), you can use them here if you bring some dirt with you.
Nice idea, congratz :3

It's a wiki.
Either add the information, you complain about lacking, yourself, or don't raise your voice, period.@secret recipes:
They're secret, that's my personal decision, blame me if you like to and consider threatening me (oh noes!) to not donate / not use IC².
I admit it became quite pointless after everyone's using RecipeMods, but consider it an tradition of IC. -
A question included in such things is always the amount of blockIDs. I guess a damage-value should do it?
You underestimate the power of TileEntitys. It would "only" require some code and spent time, nothing in the regard of sprites (except for GUI and eventually "broken machine textures") or ids.

Probably taking something more simple then a centrifuge, but the idea of providing a "Advanced Brewing Stand" is on the IC todolist.
At min it will provide a better ingrident-potion ratio. Eventually some more powerfulpotions. At max even new ingridents or a redone brewing system.Depends on the guy picking this point up for implementation.
-
Obvious statement, IC cannot and willnot, from OUR side, use the RP Cover system. It's very well possible (and much easier to do) if someone (f.e. even Eloraam) creates some sort of addon which bases on RPs source and provides this feature to IC cables.
Currently i tinker with using the CF-Cable idea, it would require some minor coding effort and another blockID, though.

Too mention the obvious AGAIN, the silver dust was a TEST RUN for MCForge's oredic. And given there is no sense in removing something that's already implemented, we left it in afterwards.
BC Interaction is already implemented, otherwise you couldnt pipe into/outo slots of machines. As well, liquid-pipe support is coming up in the next release. So far only for Geothermals though. -
If you can't fix NPEs by yourself, you REEEEALLY shouldn't be trying to create mods.
IC² is quite complex, probably MCP can't recompile it perfectly and will create some errors like this one. Fix them, create your mod, you can assume that a recompiled version of your mod will work fine with a original version of IC².

a machine that generated the heat and pressure
> Compressor?

For once somebody suggest an ore an actually an array of possible uses instead of a single one.
Kudos for that, but unless we run out of ideas, this is low priority still ^^'
As well, strongly dislike adding new ores, as they would require people to start new maps / explore distant regions to be obtained. -
,achine with special items just for this machine that will result in other special items again only for this machine is not good.
Extremly failed grammar, but
This.New recipe-machines are only added if they serve more then just a few purpouses.

Doesn't look like an IC² Issue, can't tell 100% sure though.
"McForge 1.2.2" means "it's guarantueed to work with 1.2.2".
Can't make statements about different versions, but "newer" versions TEND to be compatible with older ones, thus it's usually not a problem.
Don't take my word on this, though, if there was a change in one of the used method-heads it could cause a crash. But given 1.2.4 is out for some time, crashes would have been brought up already.

Maybe, although I currently like the mass fabs exploding upon reaching extreme voltage. Kinda makes it feel dangerous, and on the edge. besides, the point of this is to help new players, who probably aren't building mass fabs until they know a bit about IC2. Up to the dev team though.
To mention the obvious: Massfabs (and massfabs only) have an intentionally oversized explosion upon uebercharge. Hell, it's a physic-deniying device, wtf did you exspect? :O

Bump (since I don't see any rules about bumping and this is on the second page now)
Geez, will add a rule against it, right away.
Sorry for assuming poeople would put bumping on the same level as spam by default. -
No ULV Transformer. Tin cables are exclusively meant to gather low-voltage packages without much loss.
