I agree with them going underpowered after the recent Generator Buff... Electrolyzers need to run on higher EuT as well.
Unsure whether to increase the capacity of cells, but i will for sure not alter the energy-loss ratio. 10% is quite much, given everything else works loss-less.

As a modmaker I have to decompile the source all over again in order to update my Forge in MCP don't I? There isn't a copy/paste into the src folder is there?
Stupidly, nope.
Kinda sucks, because it takes ~10 min in best case to resetup IC within MCP's source. Complex mod is complex. -

No, that would just cause the config to regenerate the entry
Try changing the ID of another item listed BELOW the QHelmet into the ID of the QHelmet : 2nd Item will replace all QHelmets -

By using EV are you producing more EU? Or just sending them in bigger packets?
So also, according to the wiki If I had 48 win gens(at level 120) and they were each generating 1 eu/t that would give you 5760 eu/t?1. No, converting power into a different packet size does increase the power itself, just the way it's send.
2. No, if you got 48 windgen producing 1 EUt each you got 48 EuT. Though you can assume an average of 3 EuT per Windmill, given a fine placement. -
Doubt the next version will come out before/till Fryday. 1.60 is currently being packed up for testing, but probably the Crops will bug out alot and take time to be fixed.

The actual one is a full block, like the bc tubes were...Yes? It's a fence, duh.
Could add proper boxing, but what for, it's meant to be a re-textured vanilla fence (with pole ability) and vanilla fences are full blocks as well. -
Recycler turns stuff into scrap, which can be used to save lots of energy in the UUM generation process.
