To mention the obvious, who has that auto-recipe-generator on hand?

Yes, it is to much to ask as in > Minecraft doesn't permit stackable container items.

A Tractor-Gathering mode for MiningLaser, challenge accpted.

Wait, you want an upgraded of THE most overpowered armor implemented in any mod yet? No.
-
Building vast arrays of solar panels floods the server/client with multiple 1eU/t packets each second for each panel.
This sentence alone makes me want to thrash the whole thread yet again (but you actually got the title formatting right this time).
EU-SENDING DOESNT FREAKKIN EAT ANY CPU. Dunno how often i've to say that until people keep it in their heads.
Loading/Unloading Chunks with solars on it can cause CPU-drain.
Placing/Removing components to an energy grid can eat CPU.
EU-sending does not. -
1. No snipers unless I go for the actual implementation of weapons later on. If you want your CS guns, get the SDK mod.
2. Night vision is, like xray, dependant on some stuff i wouldn't know how to do it yet.

I've recently seen a thread which contained multiple imageposts containing offensive mems directed against the thread starter.
Nothing i want to see within this forum. To state the obvious points:
-This forum does not has any advanced moderation options, except for ban and account deletion. Thus, if i see somebody doing random stuff you will NOT receive a warning of some sort, but just a outright ban. This applies to flaming (!= discussing/critic), trolling and exspecially asking-for-release-dates.
-This forum is a free service offered by a few private persons. It's not linked to the support of actual pay-to-use ware and as such users signing up here cannot insist on any actual rights in this regard. If anyone disagrees with the way moderation in this forum done (f.e. the point is mentionend above), you're free to leave the forum and get back to the MCF Thread (unless you manage to persuade me with some valid arguments, which DID happen in the past). -
Threads with inproper thread titles are deleted right away.
Call me an idiot, but i don't think stuff written by people who can't read a rule thread are worth to be read. Exspecially, because everyone with a GOOD idea so far reposted it with the proper formatting afterwards. -
Programatically impossible to make cables work with redpower covers without actually making redpower a prerequisit for industrialcraft.
I suggested it before, and likeley several other people before me.Also, With tin cables, just make a long line of them and cover it with solar panels.
Both of this.

I am rather frightened that you are considering disabling vanilla content just because it does not fit the theme of Industrial Craft.
I'm temporaryly disabling content that could probably cause a wide array of crashes and less serious issues.
Probably should (if done) a config toggle. But it must be possible to disable those things, otherwise griefers could, f.e., cause intentional crashes or corrupted items. -

Without errorlog, blackscreens are unfixable. -
Nope, not exactly.
The idea would be to assign a new value to the static "Block enchantmentTable" variable. It's kinda like relinking the ID to something new one.
In worst case it will delete all special attributes associated with those blocks (do they even have a specific data storage?).At least in theory.
And if it doesn't work, i will just burn them with fire.

Considering the bugs and abusable possibilitys of the enchantment system, me and a studymate considered the possibility of plainly disabling enchantments via IC.
It wouldn't be hard to plainly override the ID of an enchantment table with something like dirt. This would cause any people using IC not to be able to cast enchantments, as long as the mod is active. this would prevent the basic issue of enchanting ICTools and Armors (which should be per se possible, causing super-ueber-QuantumSuits and stuff).
Instead i would probably offer a machine where players could convert their exp into research points. Research will be a feature of the CPU, reworking the current tiers and linking quite all stuff to new recipes containing blueprints. Blueprints are produced by Item+Loads of research .Just a thought.

I said lapis-lazuli reinforced Batpack. It doesn't use any crystals at all.
-
6tuple Crystal charge'? Probably not. I will offer 300k at max
It's still far enough to wipe out a whole village with lazers.
-
I've decided on implementing an LapisLazuli-infused Batpack labbeled "Lappack", which will provide slightly more storage and power NanoSavers, Scanners and MiningLasers.
-
checked both craftguide mod and recipe book, there is no recipe for that at all
Thanks for reporting that in
