Well you can do that with vanilla redstone too redpower just makes it more compact and less laggy. So iam fine with that.

Toolbox is crap it should be removed. I made one and tried to use it but it only fucks things up. Considering the cost of this tool it wont be op.

Now this is the problem if you want to run this reactor:
-It can run 35,71 cycles in a row (so lets call that endless)
-It eats 14 uranium cells per cycle.
-This means that you have to find 1 uranium ore every 10 minutes (which is pretty quick considering you arent mining 24/7) to keep it running unless you use a breeder (but we all know how much babysitting that requires). Now the question is what will come earlier? Will it explode from heat or will you run out of uranium? Also not to mention that with higher efficiency reactors you can run more of them at the same time for the same uranium cost thus you get a way higher eu output in the end. This reactor is good at burning through your uranium cells but thats it.
So i havent even looked at the cost of this reactor and it doesnt look too well.

2. There's a lot of food types in the game, and the quantum helmet, which you can obtain on day 2 in a multiplayer world, makes all of that food useless. It basically just deletes a big chunk of the gameplay. It also makes all of the IC2 crops that make food useless, as well as the beers.
I wanna see someone who gets quantum suit on day 2. That is without cheating. I guess its impossible even if you are lucky enough to find 10 diamonds under your spawn location.

This is a big of a long shot design, but here's my attempt at a reactor. This is my first real attempt at making a good design by myself and one that i'd be willing to use for my own reactor.
Mark II-E
28,000,000 ET
http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/reactorplanner…eqq0oy7vcihllxc- Eu/tick: 140
- Average Eu/tick: 137
- Efficiency: 1 of 1
- Cost: Six chambers, 18 integrated heat dispensers, 14 uranium cells, 22 cooling cells
- Cooldown per cycle: 0
I really dont want to be harsh but see my previous post why this reactor isnt good.

Still compared to geo this is just underpowered. Needs to be buffed honestly.

In that case, mark 1s I suppose. Call me lazy, but i prefer automation and not having to worry about things. Also I don't know how long a cycle is so one tht can just run forever is perfect.
You have to refuel anyway after a cycle

mark 1 120eu/tAlthough it is expensive it doesn't need supervision and produces a fair amount of eu
Its cost/eu ratio is bad and it has the lowest possible efficiency exactly what is good about this reactor?

As long as its a config option iam happy not everyone uses thaumcraft to get limitless stuff.
-
Considering the cost of 4 alloys i dont think 25% efficiency is required. Just removing the break % would do. Else ppl would simply spam 25% more windgens causing 25% more windgen lag.

there was talk at one time about an unlimited zpm for creative did that make it to the todo list?
I think alblaka was going to implement it as a unlimited energy storage (storage not generator!!).

most bullet resistant ceramic vests only stop a few bullets ("dragon scale" armor being the exception) cause while the armor stops the bullet it shatters in the process. how would ceramic tools be different from other earthen materials like stone or diamond tools?
Well in minecraft we dont have bullets and i doubt arrows from a simple bow will penetrate it. We dont have to be that realistic anyway its minecraft the current composite vest protects you from creepers. Also this would just replace some components of the composite vest which seems realistic to me.
Ceramic materials can be very strong but they tend to be brittle (meaning that if you apply more force than it can handle it will break pretty much instant). But brittle has nothing to do with the actual force it can handle. Its just that ceramics dont want to bend instead they break. So as long as you wont throw your ceramic knife on another hard object it wont break and it will actualy have a longer lifespan than normal knife's.

just to throw something into this bioculture thing.
why not work it out as an addon for the agriculture sector? it would improve the connection of both sectors.
1+

Just thinking. Animated water doesnt lag minecraft so why would a animated solar lag?
-
Unlike what most ppl think ceramics doesnt have to have low durability. In fact there tools that have a longer livespan with ceramic materials than with steel. So i was more thinking of high end stuff not cheap low cost low durability armor

Too bad they where phased nuclear missiles they went right through your shield. BOOM!!
-
Well looks like there enough uses for this so alblaka are you going to implement some of it?
