Yeah, when I installed the wind farm a few weeks ago, I got 500 EU/t on the input to the MFSU. Now, I get anywhere from 120-200 EU/t on average.
So, it appears that there was a stealth nerf on windmills. No worries - it's still more than sufficient to power my workshop there.

You are claiming windgens produce 30eu/tick now that is silly. Measuring after its transformed is VERY INACCURATE (PLS READ THAT NOW). Even if only 1 solar was connected to it it will be possible to measure 500eu/tick they way you do it. Dont you understand that?
I wont be playing IC2 until it supports 1.0 because all other mods are on 1.0 already. I should start getting resources (kind of started over) XD.
Well if you get late to a party use recyclers of other ppl to get tons of scrap boxes. Not like they would really care if you use them but it has some good drops.

Minecraft is still largely single threaded so multi-core almost doesn't matter. I think new terrain generation got shuffled off to a new thread but that's about it.
Optifine :). Also a single core from a i5 760 is 2,5 times faster than a pentium 4 2,8Ghz.
You dont understand even if they windgen farm would produce 1 eu/tick total it will still be possible to measure up to 2k eu/tick they way you do it. You must measure it before you transform it to EV. Measure it while its on LV for accurate results. 16 windgens just cant produce 500 eu/tick thats ridiculously op.
