I know that BuildCraft includes Pipes and I currently use these from BC, but with SpaceToad implementing machines in BC, how about implementing pipes in IC2 so that we only have to install one Mod instead of two

Why not just use Mining Pipes like the miner, that way to make it dig further you need more pipes & power.

Made like an Iron Helmet with a torch on the top, allows you to project a light source where you're looking for when you're down in the deep shafts
