I did start a vanilla server, but I thought it was on a different world, so maybe I messed up on that. Thanks anyway.

When I started up my server this morning, I found this

The blocks should be where the dark spots are, but they're not. I can walk through them but the game acts like they're still there.
EDIT:Okay now it looks like they've just disappeared now that the light has updated.
