Are you running ItemSpriteAPI (for EE) alongside Forge? They don't work very well together.
Ya that fixed it. Reinstalled all my mods and got 1.1.2 forge+ the EE designed for forge and it works now. Thanks for the help!

As you can see the icons for industrial craft 2 aren't working properly. The machines look proper when places on the ground but most of the icons if not all of them, do not work. Lots of duplicate icons, for example sticky resin icon is the same as a wooden sword. Some icons are random mixes of materials such as the generator. The only other problem is due to minecraft running out of memory (forcing me to restart my game) which is due just to minecraft and not necessarily to the mod. I'm using version 1.15. Any help fixing the icons is much appreciated.
