it seems to have been the distance, originally there were 4 copper cables but the power didn't reach, when i reduced that to 1 it started powering the batbox. Thanks for your help

Hello, I'm new to this mod and love it but there's alot in it and I'm baffled by the "batbox" I've made one and can easily power it using a generator but when I hooked it up to a windmill (cable going directly from the bottom of the windmill to the top of the batbox) it didn't power the batbox. To make sure the windmill was working I put a RE battery in it and it was charged.

I thought it may be because I had mislinked the windmill to the batbox but using an identical setup with a generator it does get powered. I seem to have the same problem with the solar panel. I tried looking on the wiki but I didn't find anything about how to link them together.

I would greatly appreciate help, thank you.
