Actually, the two mods do work together, but EE blocks the flight ability of the Gravi plate.

Reading all of this a few times, I could swear that you're a chemical engineer yourself; this is a spectacularly well-thought out idea and an excellent end game time eater, it would give me an excuse to devote several episodes to it.
...Add-on, maybe? If not implemented into core IC2.

If you run Buildcraft as well, there is a BC addon called Thermal Expansion. There's a machine in there called the Magma Crucible where you can feed it cobble, stone, or netherrack and BC power to create lava.

You people are evil. You want to extract and than compress zombies in to practical items. It sounds like some fake WW2 propaganda.
Would it be possible to just give zombies a drop chance for leather?Potentially, but that would require Forge hooks into mob entity data (I think) and I don't think the Forge Devs are willing to do that. Besides, I like the idea of a complicated process, reminds me a little of the coal -> diamond process. Also gives me a chance to automate it.

Does it crash with a report? If you can get that to us, we can help a lot more.
Alternatively, find the "Forge-ModLoader" log files in the .minecraft folder and post those.

Actually something like this already exists in the Mushroom TFBP, the IC2 devs are still working on it as the code to actually do it is somewhat rough right now.

Well Alblaka I do hope you guys to plan to port to 1.3, I know Eloraam has already said she is planning to port RP2 over for 1.3. I do agree with you, it will be interesting to see how BTW fairs with this new system.
