Can you run an error report script to fetch it, or can you look inside the ModLoader.txt file.
Probable causes:
1) Wrong version of Forge
2) Corrupted download of the IC2.jar file

wha? stand along with IC features? What uses does this have without IC? nothing, that's what... It's solely for converting IC energy to BC energy. The regulator pipes aren't usable with standard engines.
Um... In case you didn't notice, this is the Iron Chests, not the power converters.
1. Did you install Forge?
2. I'm pretty sure that Industrial Rage is running on IC 1.23
Hahaha! Oh this is priceless.
But seriously, who in their right mind would carry an MFSU with them while stealing?

As well, look at the sprite for the metal block, just flip it to find the ingots needed.
Ow, my bad ^^' It's logic Syntax.
! (***)
means "if *** is not true"&&
means "and"||
means "or"
Thought I'd give my two .
These operators are the major logic syntaxes used in many a programming language (All the way from Java to Bash Scripting (I know Bash is in a completely different league; don't bash me ))
Like the subject line says, who is looking forwards to the official release of Minecraft?
Whenever I try to install this, it never shows up in TMI. I'm fairly sure it's a block ID conflict, but I can't figure out which ones. Modloader doesn't report anything either, so I don't know. I installed it perfectly, but it simply doesn't show up. Googling about has been similarly pointless, because it's always semi-unrelated posts.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated, as I've been struggling with this for over a week now.
I had this problem. It is an ID conflict, mine was with EqEx. The ModLoader.txt won't show it, you need to pull a report from the command line (launch minecraft via the command prompt) to find out which ones, or I'm fairly sure ID resolver will work. make sure you get the Forge version of it.
What do you mean?
He was using the Quantum Helm image as a place holder for the scuba gear.

--- END ERROR REPORT 37b4c6a1 ----------
I Have installed modloader, modloadermp, and mc forge. Extracted them into seperate folders, installed them into the minecraft, jar, then dropped the IC^2.jar (v1.23) into the mods folder.
When I run minecraft that error comes up. I have redownloaded modloader moadloadermp, forge (1.1.2) and reinstalled them a few times. If I get rid of the IC^2.jar minecraft will work. If I put any other mod, for example, buildcraft Minecraft will run wiht BC just fine. If I downgrade to IC^2 v1.15 it will work fine. (I want 1.23 since a mod needs it to run on IC^2 or higher.)
Thanks for the help.

The IC2.jar is corrupted, try downloading it again or via a download accelerator. Try Googling the accelerators.</init>
Actually that looks to be a pretty solid design, reminds me a little of the "blueprints" I'm working on atm (but the plans are no where as clear as this, it's just floor plans)
Can't wait to see the finished product.
Try reinstalling Forge, and make sure you copy over ALL of the files (minus the text file in there though)
Yeah, they could, but they don't want to. That's been discussed a lot in Forge's topic on MCF, I'd suggest searching there if you want more details.
Will do. Thanks for pointing that out.
Thanks for the hotfix.
But, I noticed a little something I felt I should mention, looking through my CraftGuide, I noticed that the Adv. Solar Panel could be crafted by one dirt block. Fix for this, please?
Come to think about it, the Forge Team could (I think) easily override the limit (unless it's hardcoded) allowing for all of the Forge mods to take advantage of the extended slots.
Personally, I'd use a site like imgur.
But, that's me.
