I haven't gotten that far to use it in my single player, but for me it looks like the recipes are well on for balance purposes...I also like that its more BC power to get EU power.

If you go to the minefactory reloaded page, they already have a way to convert BC and IC2 into each others energy as well as a oil fabricator...
