Hi whoever might care,
I've tried recipes posted on the official wiki to make an OD or OV scanner and it won't work. I am using IC2 Experimental on minecraft version 1.6.4 and this is the first item I've been completely unable to build. I've tried gold cable, copper cable (both insulated and non) as well as both fully charged and empty RE batteries. Could anyone please help? Thanks!
